MINUTE LANDSCAPES magnifies mundane and often overlooked Italian landscapes with a pressed display of botanical specimens, stamps, and photography. Their composition is designed to call attention to landscapes held within small frames of view, often traversed or transported without notice—the stamp on a letter, lichen on a rock, discarded blossoms. Within the mossy notions of this exhibit is a conscious investigation of material, light, scale, and composition.
